Diary Entry

Hey, howdy, and hello, blogger entry readers! Welcome to my 31st blogger entry post, and thanks for reading my entry!

Today I will be creating a diary entry inputting information about my stage 4 production process, and I will insert photos/videos.

I finally had the chance to meet up with most of my group members, and we finally got to record some of the film opening. We didn't finish the entire film itself, but I would say we had a successful recording session.

At first, I was slightly nervous to see how production would all layout and capture most scenes. I knew not all scenes within the script would be in the final opening due to COVID-19 and social distancing. One of the reasons the group decided to change the filming location was because of coronavirus.

When my group members finally arrived at my house, I had the script printed for them to memorize their lines and be prepared to film. In the beginning, we recorded Leea's news reporter scene. She wore a proper costume for her role, and she was preparing to perform her scene. We were getting the equipment set up and the camera designed to record. I began to test different shots and angles to record from, and I played around with the camera to select what would and wouldn't be suitable for the scene. My sister was helping set up a microphone for better audio. She used the microphone close to Leea's face, and the audio converted to her laptop.

Before we began to record, I helped Leea memorize her lines for the COVID-19 news report scene. It took a while because she was a little anxious and camera shy. But in the end, we began to record her scene and get all of it. I would say the recording session was productive.
